We offer a range of delivery options via Yodel and Evri, so you can choose your preferred courier. Both provide affordable and fast delivery for your products, if you have a specific courier you would like to use please get in touch.
We offer the following delivery options at checkout:
- Evri: 2 - 3 Day Delivery
- Evri: Next day delivery
- Yodel: 2 - 3 Day Delivery
- Yodel: Next Day Delivery
Delivery days are Monday to Sunday, between 8am and 8pm.
Dispatch times from our UK base are same day up to 5pm, so you rest assured your products will be sent swiftly. You will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched, this email will include a live tracking URL. Your courier will then notify you separately with the estimated delivery day and time.

Changed your mind?
We offer a generous 28 day returns policy if you change your mind, simply contact support and we’ll send you our return slip. Items must be returned in original condition and will be closely inspected on arrival. Once approved, a refund will be issued within 24 hours and returned to the original payment source. Customers are responsible for the delivery fee when returning items. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Faulty or defective items
For items with defects, please contact support immediately. If you would like a replacement, please send a picture of the defect along with some details of the issue. We’ll usually send a replacement free of charge. If you prefer a refund, we’ll provide a pre-paid label for returning the item.
