Our returns policy gives you peace of mind when choosing Fidget Toy Store.

Changed your mind?

We offer a generous 28 day returns policy if you change your mind, simply contact support and we’ll send you our return slip. Items must be returned in original condition and will be closely inspected on arrival. Once approved, a refund will be issued within 24 hours and returned to the original payment source. Customers are responsible for the delivery fee when returning items. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Faulty or defective items

For items with defects, please contact support immediately. If you would like a replacement, please send a picture of the defect along with some details of the issue. We’ll usually send a replacement free of charge. If you prefer a refund, we’ll provide a pre-paid label for returning the item.

Nothing in this returns policy affects your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
