5. Orders & Contract
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase goods. Your order is only accepted, and a contract formed, once we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.
You will receive an order confirmation email to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email address is correct when placing an order.

6. Delivery

6.1 UK Delivery Only

We deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom. We are unable to fulfil orders to addresses outside of the UK.

6.2 Courier Options

We offer a range of delivery options via Evri and Yodel, so you can choose your preferred courier at checkout. Both provide affordable and reliable delivery. If you have a specific courier preference not listed, please get in touch before placing your order.
The following delivery options are available at checkout:

• Evri: 2–3 Day Delivery
• Evri: Next Day Delivery
• Yodel: 2–3 Day Delivery
• Yodel: Next Day Delivery

Deliveries are made Monday to Sunday, between 8am and 8pm.

6.3 Dispatch Times

Orders are dispatched from our UK base the same day if placed before 5pm. You will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched, which will include a live tracking URL. Your courier will then contact you separately with your estimated delivery day and time.

6.4 Safe Place Deliveries

If you would like your order left in a safe place, you can request this directly with your courier once your order has been dispatched and you have received your courier notification.

6.5 Rural Location Surcharge

Deliveries to certain rural or remote locations will incur an additional surcharge of £2.75 per order. This surcharge is applied automatically at checkout where applicable. If your delivery falls within a rural surcharge area, we recommend selecting Evri at checkout.

•    Shetland: All ZE postcodes
•    Northern Ireland: All BT postcodes (excluding deliveries from BT to standard UK postcodes)

6.6 Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, your courier will notify you directly to arrange redelivery or collection. Uncollected parcels returned to us may incur additional redelivery charges.

7. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our returns policy is designed to give you peace of mind when shopping with Fidget Toy Store.

7.1 Change of Mind Returns (28-Day Policy)

We offer a generous 28-day returns policy if you change your mind. To initiate a return, simply contact our support team and we will send you a return slip. Items must be returned in their original condition and will be closely inspected upon arrival. Once approved, a refund will be issued within 24 hours to the original payment source.
Please note:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage for change of mind returns.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

7.2 Faulty or Defective Items

If you receive an item with a defect, please contact our support team immediately. To request a replacement, please send a photograph of the defect along with a description of the issue. We will typically send a replacement free of charge. If you would prefer a refund instead, we will provide a pre-paid return label at no cost to you.
